Does provide exactly what the title says and it even goes into alternative treatments. It mentions St. John's Wort but in reading another article on depression they mentioned many side effects of using this especially in women who are using birth control (might lower its effectiveness). It does mention some side effects of St. John's Wort but I didn't see this particular one.. so please read as much information as you can get and consult a doctor before doing any treatment.

Still reading, but actually like this content the best so far. There's a human voice coming through vs. the some of the other content. Agree about the comment on St. John's Wort. Think it doesn't have much more than a placebo effect (that's why probably it works on mild depression that's self-limiting in any case).
