The link brings you (or at least it brought me) directly to the 3rd video segment, and then it automatically continues to the 4th. The second segment, however, (the personal story) was definitely the best and most useful in my opinion. I guess I thought that segment was hopeful, while the other ones seemed a little sterile and, well, depressing.
