This didn't go directly to the video it gave you an index. To get to the video under the depression topic it will list this video. This was a very short video more like a blurb. I would have liked to have seen a little more here on this topic. From a common sense standpoint it makes sense that having some extra help afterwards may help with postpartum depression. I'm not sure if in my case that would have helped because I did have help from my family, but I still had overwhelming feelings of depression after my children were born.
