Very basic, but informative.

This article makes an important point: Because increased sunlight improves symptoms, light therapy is often a main treatment for many people with seasonal affective disorder. When I moved from the Northeast to South Georgia, where it is consistently sunny 9 months out of the year, my SAD went away.
